Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
At Gear Up & Go, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on personalized or engraved products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as "final sale" or purchased during special clearance events are also non-refundable.
Process for Requesting a Return or Refund
To begin the return or refund process, please contact our customer support team at [your email address] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
